Another reason to workout

I went for a 3 mile run and burned 304 calories. While training a client, I used my HRM as a timer, so my watch was activated counting calories. While standing there watching my client work, I continued to burn. For almost one hour of standing there (and jogging the stairs with her twice, which only took maybe 2 minutes), I burned an addtional 166 calories. So get your workout in, and your body will continue to burn while you rest. Not a bad deal.

  • I know I love the rest cals,burning for doing nothing. Its like getting free money :) but in cals.
