hate this feeling!!
Literally feeling like crap!! Like a total fat slob!! Thus now I have tons of motivation cause I cant feel this way anymore. I dont feel good at this weight and it sucks! I am tired all the time and its got to STOP!! I know I am the only one who can stop it! Hello motivation!! :flowerforyou:

DIET SODA
Its free with ZERO cals and it helps curb the sweet tooth!! But does it hinder weight loss?? Any information would be helpful. I usually have 1 per day as a "TREAT" and it really does help me ward off the desire to cheat. thanks so much!! :drinker:

What's the point of excercising if it makes you eat more cals?? I don't understand how 300-500 more cals a day would allow anyone to lose. I just don't understand how this works scientifically. Isn't it better if we don't excercise and kep the cals to1200 and be sure to lose? just help me to understand. most people say WHY…

WOW!!! I am soooo mad at myself!!
We out for lunch today and was so proud of myself for choosing such a healthy meal. Spinach salad and grilled shrimp!!! Delicious and healthy!!! I got home all excited to journal my meal as I let nothing past the lips that I dont journal AND I was excited to see how great I did today!! I get proud looking at my journals!!…

how many calories should you be eating each day to LOSE!! I am an office worker and this program says 1200 / day but that seems soooo high. I just want to do awesome!! I know its gonna take time. Any tips would be welcome. this is only day 2 for me. so I am kind of a newbee on here. :)

Ok did day 1 with HUGE success!!! I was a little low in calories just over 1000 but I did not excercise cause I am trying to get my eating under control first (detox my bod).
