I am a runner
Hi all C25K'ers I started the C25K back in May and it was hard. I was very unfit, but I persevered and completed it some time in September. On Sunday I ran 5 miles non-stop (and enjoyed it). Today folks, I am a runner, and proud.

5:2 diet and eating back exercise calories
Hiya Today is my first "fast" day and I was thinking about going for a short run this evening. Should I eat back my exercise calories? Your thoughts and experiences appreciated! Cheers.

Improving running speed
Hiya A couple of years ago I completed the c25K program. Since then I have done a couple of 10k's and a half marathon. However I can't seem to get any quicker. I still have a bit of weight to lose and am going to start incorporating some weight training, but I love running and really want to improve. Any advice? Thanks

DVD workout recommendations for strength training
Hi I'm currently running 3 times and week and doing yoga twice a week, but feel I would like to incorporate a little more strength training into my routine. Can anybody recommend a DVD that will help that I can do quickly at home? I have some dumbbells but not looking to get any more equipment than that. Thanks

Overwhelmed

However I still have quite a lot to lose and have suddenly had this overwhelming realisation that I'm going to have to keep this up for the rest of my life if I'm ever to lose…

Interval Running
Hi all, I have completed the C25K (yay) and now want to improve my running speed. What intervals would you suggest to do at that kind of distance, and if I were to do one long run a week, how far should I go? I am a pretty slow runner....I figure my current 5K time is about 37 minutes. Thanks!
