Waiting tables...exercise?
Is waiting tables considered exercise? In a busy restaurant, you are on your feet for hours, carrying things, and sweating! Is that exercise? If so, how would you log it?

So I've got 413 cals left...
But only 2g of sugar left. What can I eat to get closer to my calorie goal without going over my sugar limit?

Water
Ok, before I am attacked, I get that "only water should be counted as water". I don't count the sparkling waters or diet drinks. But what about unsweetened, home brewed green tea? Does that count toward water? I brew green tea bags and add nothing to it. Does anyone count this in their water intake?

Thoughts on cheese?
Cheese is one of my favorite foods, but lately some people have told me that between the dairy and fat, it will wreak havoc on your diet. Do you guys think cheese is really that bad??

Changing calorie goals?
Hey ya'll. I'll start by giving my stats- 5'6", 148lb. My goal weight is 140-143. My calorie goal was set at 1200/day, which calculated a loss of 2lb per week. I follow the guidelines pretty strictly, but I'm only seeing a 0.5lb-1lb loss per week. This tells me that maybe a 2lb/wk loss is too aggressive for my body? I've…

Had a clothing NSV this weekend!!!! I got into a pair of denim capri pants that, about 2 weeks ago, I couldn't get past my hips. Let me say they don't fit *great*, but they were on, zipped and buttoned!!!! Small success in my book!

Anyone notice a slight gain the day after an intense workout

Recovery after an unhealthy meal
Hey ya'll. Last night I went to a Japanese restaurant for a birthday. I had planned on eating sushi, but ended up getting hibachi with all the fried rice, white sauce, etc. I feel so guilty today and the scale was up a couple lbs this morning. Any tips on quick recovery today?
