Everyone share their favorite tips! Exercise, food, daily routine, etc. What's the thing that helps you the most??

    The thing that helps me the most is my refusal to deprive myself of the foods I love. Instead of avoiding them, I just eat normal portions and/or exercise plenty in order to make up the difference.

    Also, I've found that for some reason, taking really long walks (4 to 6 miles) outdoors revs up my metabolism like nobody's business. It's my secret weapon for dealing with all those summer parties - if I can get a good walk in (and plenty of water of course), those extra goodies/drinks won't set me back.
