TDEE QUESTION
So I've been reading a lot about TDEE in the forums. I decided to calculate mine, and it's 2341 cals. I read that you should subtract 20% from that, and that should be your calorie goal. That puts me at 1867. I am really scared to eat that many cals!!! Can this be right?

Week 4
I started week 4 yesterday, and this is where it really gets hard for me. That second 5 min run? Killer! I did complete it, but I'm getting more and more nervous about the coming weeks. I also really haven't lost any weight, and that's getting discouraging :(

Raw Foods

Zig Zagging
Anyone done the "calorie zig-zagging" plan? If so, did it work for you? I've been at a plateau for about a month now, and I'm going to try zig-zagging for a couple weeks and see what happens.

Denise Austin Daily Dozen
Anyone tried this dvd? If so, what were the results? I just bought it, and I've done it for a couple days. Since the workouts are only 12 minutes, I've been doing 3 a day because I like a longer workout. Just curious if anyone else has done it!

Should I up my calories?
Right now I'm at 1200, and I do eat *some* exercise calories back, but usually I'm at a deficit of 400-500 cals per day. I work out A LOT. Acceptable Overage
I was wondering if anyone has an "acceptable overage" that they allow themselves on calories. We all have days we can't make it to the gym, and go over our calories, but do you have a number that you allow and don't feel bad about? For instance, "if I go over by 100 cals or less, that's okay". Tell me your thoughts!

Has anyone actually weighed that amount at the end of 5 weeks? It sure hasn't happened to me! I get that each day would have to be the same, and mine generally tells me the same weight, within a couple of lbs each day. But I'm still like 8lb away from that! Ramped up exercise, GAINING WEIGHT

Steak
