Anyone done the "calorie zig-zagging" plan? If so, did it work for you? I've been at a plateau for about a month now, and I'm going to try zig-zagging for a couple weeks and see what happens.

I do it because it gives me a few days a week to feel that I'm somewhat eating like a pig, but there's no tangible advantage over eating the same amount everyday

I do it naturally. i keep track of a my daily average over a week and that's what i try to make hit my goal.

You could also take a "diet" break to bust a plateau. A week off, eating at maintenance (or more).

I've done a zig zagging with WW many years ago. It worked out good.

zig zagging, or Calorie cycling works well for me. Also just raising your calories for a couple days by a couple hundred can help too with plateaus.
