Should I up my calories?

Right now I'm at 1200, and I do eat *some* exercise calories back, but usually I'm at a deficit of 400-500 cals per day.
I work out A LOT. I box 3 times a week, spin 4 times a week, and also do an arms class (weights) and an abs class each week.
My weight loss has completely stalled. I know I'm building some muscle, but I would like to get the scale moving again. I'm wondering if I should up my calories? What do you think?

Yes, you should up your calories. I generally recommend setting your MFP to 0.5 to 1 pound a week AND eating at least 75% of your exercise calories.
And no, you are NOT gaining muscle by netting less than 1200 calories a day.0 -
also, you are in a caloric deficit, you are not building any muscle.
a woman needs to lift pretty aggressively and be in a caloric surplus to put on muscle. Even then, it's not a fast process.0 -
Thanks girls. Let me clarify, I net probably about 1300-1500 a day, but with all my exercise, I am allowed around 1800 usually. So I should eat the full 1800 calories? Or whatever my exercise calories add to my allowance?0

Net means what you eat subtract what you burn. So if you eat 1500 but burn 500, you need only 1000, which is no good. Eat the 1800.0
