Hi MFPs! Just wondering what some of your favorite salmon recipes are? I've already cooked it every way I know, and I need something new!

it's very simple: you chop an avocado, then add 200g of philapelphia and 200 of chopped smoked salmon :)
or you can change the amount as you prefer :)

EDIT: it should be a link, but i don't know how to add it :(

This is awesome. I always get raves when I make it...my husbands buddy even offered to pay me to make this for him every week.

Salmon Salad with Horseradish and Chives

    Makes 4 Servings

Four 3-ounce skinned and boned salmon fillets
1 1/4 pounds small unpeeled white potatoes
1 cup diced yellow bell pepper
1 medium dill pickle, halved lengthwise, sliced
    1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
    3/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt
3 tablespoons grated drained fresh horseradish
    2 tablespoons + 2 teaspoons reduced-calorie mayonnaise
    1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 cups arugula or lettuce, washed

In large skillet, place salmon fillets in 1/2 cup cold water. Bring to boil; reduce
heat. Cover and poach 3-4 minutes, just until cooked and fish flakes easily when
tested with a fork. Using slotted spoon, transfer to plate and cool completely.
In large saucepan of salted boiling water, cook potatoes until tender. Drain and
    cool completely.
Flake the salmon, coarsely chop potatoes and toss together in large bowl with bell
    pepper, dill pickle and chives.
In small bowl, mix together yogurt, horse-radish, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
Pour over salmon mixture; toss to coat.
To serve, line large shallow bowl or platter with arugula; mound salad in the
    center.

    EACH SERVING (1 1/2 cups) PROVIDES: 1/4 Milk, 1 Fat, 2 Vegetables, 2 Proteins,
    1 Bread

    PER SERVING: 315 Calories, 24 g Protein, 8 g Fat, 36 g Carbohydrate, 664 mg

Oh it is!!! and it's very pretty too! Not that that's most important, but you know what they say "The eyes eat first!"

take a 6 oz. salmon fillet, add vegetable or chicken broth (around a 1 cup or so) add Tamari, and top with tarragon. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 8 minutes. Out of this world!!!!
