There might be a setting for this, so if there is please let me know, but I would love it if MFP would send you a note once a week letting you know how you were doing. subway mini buns
I thought I was getting the 196 calorie Subway Veggie today and I was SO BUMMED when I got one that was about 220 calories. I didn't realize there's a difference between the wheat and the mini-wheat. What is the mini-wheat bun like? Is it good? Is it tiny like a cracker? Why is it so awesomely low-calorie?

I am usually WAY over on my fiber gram count. Everything else is fine, though. Is that a bad thing?

Eating back calories
I feel like I ate a normal amount of food today, but between eating less junk food and working out and walking a bit... it's 7:30 pm and I still have to eat back 700 calories. So I am thinking... glass of wine and chocolate cake! Seriously, how do people do that in a healthy way?
