I feel like I ate a normal amount of food today, but between eating less junk food and working out and walking a bit... it's 7:30 pm and I still have to eat back 700 calories. So I am thinking... glass of wine and chocolate cake! Seriously, how do people do that in a healthy way?

They don't, or at least not everyone. They have a snack, come in under their goal and adjust their meals the next day. Did any of your earlier meals leave you wanting a little more? Or perhaps something different? We learn as we go.

I try my hardest to make the healthiest choices, once in a while i'll treat myself. My glass of red wine is a everyday thing, as long as there is wine at home, and I have calories left.

    peanut butter
    almonds
    avocado
    olive oil
    banana
Are all high in calories, so it helps

Thank you for your suggestions! I am taking a careful approach and eating back PART of my calories with dry popped popcorn. and drinking iced blueberry tea. I admire your strength... if there are any almonds in the house, I'm going to eat them ALL. :)
