Looking for motivation from friends in a similar category. I'm basically a whole foods person who avoids processed foods and anything artificial. I have sleep apnea and…

Calories consumed
I have been at a plateau (basically maintaining current weight) for two months now. My daily calorie allowance is 1200. When I exercise I eat most of my calories or at least half of them. HRM OUT OF ZONE
I recently purchased Polar FT4 HRM and I am out of my heart rate zone on the maximum side when I workout. I am constantly having to slow down to stay in the zone but I find it annoying. Does it really matter if you're above your max? I would just assume you burn more calories at a higher rate or am I wrong. It's usally an…

ERROR ON TUNA SERVINGS PER CAN

I was making my lunch and for the heck of it I weighed the tuna after it was drained of water. The total came to 2 oz. per can after being drained. The can…

Bodymedia
Hi all! I saw an ad for Bodymedia and was wondering if anyone uses one and if it's worth investing in. Sounds interesting but is it really accurate with it's readings? Can it be worn on your calf as opposed to the arm? I would like to wear it at work under my slacks since we are not allowed to wear a watch so I would…
