Did I just do a reset?
I started MFP on 1500 calories/day and lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks. Then, stopped! After trying to make adjustments, I was left confused as to why I couldn't lose any more. Caloric info low/Exercise calculations high?
Does anyone think that some of the calorie info is too low? More noticeable, do you think the exercise calculations are exaggerared? How do you compensate for this? Any advice?
