HELP... Injury..need alternative workouts
F!!!!!!!!!!!!! So today, I put my workout in on here then went to g do it. I got 20 minutes in and snap! My calf muscle snapped. I practically fell to the ground and can hardly walk on it. GETTING FRUSTRATED... HELP!!
I am feeling VERY frustrated. I have been eating good and working out everyday (except for 1 day this week) and my scale has gone up 2.6 pounds! SERIOUSLY???? What is this? (beside discouraging)? Next week I have to work WAY LONGER in my workouts and try to start adding ALOT of fruit and veggies!!!!

so happy. had start of cramps today (ugg) but decided to not let them beat me.. I not only didnt let them discourage me from working out, but I worked out an extra 10 minutes (100minutes altogether) !! and the last 30 second (which isnt a lot, but still) I bumped up the pace from 3mph to 5mph!

Yesterday, I felt work and when I got home I was feeling exausted. I put off exercising and played monopoly instead.
