What weighs more?
If I hear one more person say that muscle weighs more than fat, I will scream. What weighs more.... 1 lb of muscle, or 1 lb of fat? They both weigh one pound! Hi everyone! I was wondering if anyone knows of an easy way to calculate the nutritional value of a meal prepared at home. Question: Strength training
So I have a fairly intense workout including cardio and circuit training. But when I enter my strength training on the exercise page, it doesn't calculate calories burned. Should I be upping my calories to compensate for the calroies burned with weight lifting?
