Good morning all! I have an Omron GoSmart Pedometer and I have no idea how to translate the number of steps walked into my activity for the day. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!

Snack right without the sugars?
Good morning all! So I'm adjusting the way I eat, trying to incorporate more yogurts and fruits, but I'm finding that there is a lot of sugars in both. Anyone have any suggestions on better fruits or yogurts? I've been eating Greek Yogurt from Yoplait and grapes or watermelon. Thanks

So I have set my food tracker to watch my protein intake and I constantly go over their recommendation. Is this something I need to be concerned about? Is there such a thing as too much protein?

So I'm stuck in a rut when it comes to my breakfast! Apparently I eat WAY too many calories with breakfast and then have to ration out the rest during the day. Does anyone have some good, filling breakfast ideas or suggestions?
