Breakfast options and ideas

So I'm stuck in a rut when it comes to my breakfast! Apparently I eat WAY too many calories with breakfast and then have to ration out the rest during the day. Does anyone have some good, filling breakfast ideas or suggestions?

What is your calorie goal?
I have a combo of fruit, protein, fiber, and sometimes dairy.
For example, today I had 1/2 c. nonfat greek yogurt with 1/4 c. protein-rich granola from Bear Naked and a tiny bit of walnuts added, then had an organic Gala apple.

I LOVE
Cream of WHeat -120 calories if you make it with water.
I add a slice of cheese and a english muffin with one tbs of peanut butter on it. About 400 calories0 -
I have a 250 calorie breakfast on most days, that fills me up and holds me over to lunch! 1/2 cup of oatmeal and 2 tbsp of peanut butter!0

Liquid Egg Whites...very very low calorie and pure protein.
Pour in the skillet with a little pam spray, add some diced tomatoes and chopped green onion, a little Mrs. Dash, a piece of whole wheat toast or fruit and you will be good to go! : )0 -
The Western Egg and Cheese melt from Subway is good if you are on the go.
English Muffin
1 slice of Ham
White Egg
tomato
bell pepper
onions
mozzarella cheese
oregano (good for the immune system)
all for 160 calories.
I'll sometimes have that with a small fruit for a total of 260 calories or so. :bigsmile:0 -
I usually have a Oatmeal Packet (190 cal) and fruit, keeps me under 300 calories.0

I have oatmeal with cinnamon and raisins mostly. It's filling and won't bake your calorie bank I usually add a tiny splash of skim milk and 1/2 packet of Stevia in the raw. YUM! Usually one day a week I'll saute zucchini and mushrooms in 1/2 coconut oil 1/2 olive oil (just enough so they won't stick), and then scramble 1 whole egg and 2 egg whites into that. Top with 2 T of Pace Picante Sauce and super YUM!0

I stay full much longer if I eat egg beaters and turkey bacon. Then for a snack I eat 1/2 cup of fat free cottage cheese. This combo keeps me satisfied!
A lot of mornings when I don't have a lot of time I eat 1 cup of cheerios and 1/2 cup of skim milk. I get hungry pretty quick afterwards!0 -
One of my favorite breakfasts to have is mixing greek yogurt, strawberries and sliced almonds together!0
