Good morning everyone,

What does everyone use to track your calories used? I do a lot of walking at work and the weekend yard work (lol) but how do I track it all?

I would put that kind of everyday exercise in your lifestyle, ie sedentary, active, etc... and just track the actual workouts you do other than the everyday stuff.
  • maybe get a pedometer, it will give you steps walked, miles, and calories used. Not 100% correct I'm sure but it's a start. I use one and it challenges me to walk more.

I'm sure your phone has an app on it that helps track your total walking that you do every day (yes even at work and I know how much of a workout we can get at work)

The only exercise I track is when I go to the gym or when I set out to exercise. Although I don't do a ton of walking or yard work, I have a desk job and I'm at my computer when I'm home!
