Snack right without the sugars?

Good morning all! So I'm adjusting the way I eat, trying to incorporate more yogurts and fruits, but I'm finding that there is a lot of sugars in both. Anyone have any suggestions on better fruits or yogurts? I've been eating Greek Yogurt from Yoplait and grapes or watermelon.

    Plain, non flavoured yogurt. Don't worry too much about the sugar in fruit.

    Don't worry about the sugars in plain yogurt and fruit! It's the processed sugars you need to be concerned about. The sugar that is naturally occurring in fruit, vegetables, and dairy products (unless you are lactose intolerant lol) isn't the "bad" kind.
  • Thank you ladies. That's what I figured but wanted to question it. My most recent fasting blood sugar tests came back slightly high (still) so I'm doing what I can to reduce that. :smile:
