When is it too late for exercise?
I have already exercised for an hour today, but I'm so pumped and full of energy I'm considering doing 30 minutes of cardio when I come home from work. I go to work at 7pm & I get home at 1am will that be too late to exercise?? What do you guys think? I think if I've got the energy, use it! :) I don't want to harm my body…
