I have already exercised for an hour today, but I'm so pumped and full of energy I'm considering doing 30 minutes of cardio when I come home from work. I go to work at 7pm & I get home at 1am will that be too late to exercise?? What do you guys think? I think if I've got the energy, use it!
I don't want to harm my body so if this is too much stress on the body I won't do the second workout, what do you guys think?
And should I consider it as a workout for today or for tomorrow the 4th, let me know your thoughts guys

personally i would record it for the 3rd or today if you did.
it sounds lik a good idea to me if you are used to a decent amount of working out
but if youre really out of shape maybe dont go as hard because youll be very sore.
no harm will really come, you will just be more sore if anything.

I've found that when I plan to exercise 10 minutes or longer after I've fallen asleep I always fail.0

I plan to come right home from work tonight at 1am and workout for 30 minutes and then sleep0

If you've got the energy, more power to you!!! I would just make sure to eat a little something after you workout, before you go to bed. Just a little protein0

Just listen to your body. There is no such thing as too late so long as you aren't overly tired or sacrificing much needed sleep in order to fit in the 2nd workout.0

Hi FATGIRLFANTASY, if you get off in the a.m. and do a workout in the a.m., I would go with the next day, because once it reaches 12 a.m., it's the next day.
See how you feel when you get home. If you feel like exercising, then maybe do something, but I wouldn't try to exercise, before I try to go to bed to get some rest. It's not advised to exercise before going to bed, because the exercise will keep you up.0
