Today I commit to totally hammering my body during my workout after work. I went a little crazy with my calories and love to feel the burn!!

Join me anyone?? Commit to giving it your all tonight.. tomorrow.. or the next time you workout

    Today's boot camp class is AB ATTACK, and this am I told myself I would NOT give up and would give it my all!!
    I'm so going to give it my all now!!

    I did 3 routines this morning, Zumba for 40 minutes, 6 Pack Abs for 15 mins and 20 minutes of Sweat Workout via On Demand.

    I am totally with you! I have had friends in town, finishing up my graduate degree and vacation since the end of April. I am starting off June right! Work out starts tonight!

    I added an extra mile into my walk this morning...Tomorrow I'll get on the bike and tear up the neighborhood in the am before work. Here's to a good workout!
