Free weights and rest days
Hi all, I've recently started using weights at the gym, I know you're supposed to take rest days! I want to build muscle, especially a bigger rounder booty!! What excercise can I do on rest days? Can I still do squats abs and planks etc at home everyday? + cardio? Any advice is appreciated I'm new to all this!

I used MFP a couple of years ago religiously and am back! I think a lot of my friends deleted me as I was inactive so my feed is pretty dead :( Im looking for new friends and motivation! I'm determined to get fit again, and change my lifestyle.

Weight gain on induction?!
Im on Atkins induction and lost 6 pounds in the first two weeks, now on my third week i have now gained back 3 pounds! Any ideas what will give me back a boost? I'm pretty hungry on this, and heard if you're in ketosis your appetite should be less that usual!

Trying the 30 day shred for the first time.
So after reading up and seeing a lot of success stories on here I'm doing jillian Michael's 30 Day shred DVD. I'm on day 3 and have loved it so far, although i'm a little achey today! Does anyone have any tips? What kind of foods & when should i be eating during the 30 days?
