I know there's probably a million posts about ABS on here. Very simple question......how do I get rid of my belly fat so I can see the definition? What do I need to eat? What do I need to NOT eat? Is there a certain amount of cardio, or HIIT, or other types of routines I need to do? What am I NOT doing?

Have you ever received a monetary bonus for being healthy?
Baltimore Ravens offensive tackle did! His contract includes a $300k bonus, to be paid in $75K increments, each time he makes a weigh-in. I love football! I love the game. I really do. Seriously though, a bonus for being healthy. He's a professional ATHLETE!!! Does anyone else see anything wrong with this picture???
