I know there's probably a million posts about ABS on here. Very simple question......how do I get rid of my belly fat so I can see the definition? What do I need to eat? What do I need to NOT eat? Is there a certain amount of cardio, or HIIT, or other types of routines I need to do?

I'm not an expert but I've learned from others and by experience that a low carb diet really helps with belly fat....it has to do with the kind of fat that belly fat is. So for swim suit season especially I focus on a low carb/high protein diet and really see results. Cardio combined with strength training really burns off the goo too! Focus on an intense core (not just abs) work out at least 3 times a week. Hope this helps0

Maintain a consistent caloric deficit, eat foods you like, don't eat foods you don't like, while trying to get in a minimum of 1g of protein per lb of lbm and .35g of fat per lb of bw.0 -
