Extreme Low

How can you possibly "be good" all day?

How many calories should be eaten with each meal?
Hello, I'm on a 1200 calorie deal. It's 2:30pm and I've eaten 471 calories, 64 carbs, 5 fats and 32 protein. It seems like I still have too many calories to eat for the rest of the day.
