Hello,
I'm on a 1200 calorie deal. It's 2:30pm and I've eaten 471 calories, 64 carbs, 5 fats and 32 protein. It seems like I still have too many calories to eat for the rest of the day. I'm seriously not hungry at all.
Here is what I've been eating.....any tips where I should increase?

Breakfast
Tim Hortons (Canada) - Coffee - Medium - Milk and Sweetner, 1 Medium
Kashi - Go Lean Crunch Cereal, 0.5 cup
Danone Silhouette - Fat Free Strawberry Yogurt, 125 g

Lunch
Bread - Pita, whole-wheat, 0.5 pita, large (6-1/2" dia)
Clover Leaf - Chunk Whitte Tuna (In Water), 60 g 1/2 can
Fresh Produce - Cherry Tomatoes-Raw, 0.25 cup
Homemade - Fresh Fruit Salad (Pineapple, Cantaloupe, Watermelon, Grapes, and Honeydew) (YET TO EAT)
Kraft - Miracle Whip - Fat Free, 0.5 tbsp

Snacks
Carrots - Baby, raw, 1 serving
Broccoli - Flower clusters, raw, 0.25 cup flowerets
Fresh Raw - Cherry Tomatoes, 6 each

Any advice?

Question: I saw your picture in your profile, where the hell are you going to find 40 pounds on your body to lose? LOL! How the heck do you have 40 pounds to lose?

You can add in mixed nuts, peanut butter, and avacados to your diet to increase the calories.

It's generally easiest to divide your calories equally among however many meals you'd like to eat. Some days I eat four, others I eat seven, it just depends on how much I need to eat and my training schedule. There's really no rule, although it's helpful to eat your largest meals at breakfast and after your workout if you want to take advantage of hormonal changes at those times. Planning will also help you determine what to eat or bring with you so you aren't left with a huge meal to eat at the end of the day. It's not bad to eat at night, but some people find they get indigestion if they eat a large meal right before bed.

Well, if you find that you are having a hard time at dinner then just add a little more earlier in the day. Like, maybe for breakfast have a piece of fruit with it. Then have a mid-morning snack of almonds or banana. Your lunch looks good and you are getting plenty of veggies. Maybe eat a Fiber One Bar for the mid-morning snack. They are great by the way!

I know it's hard when you have a lot of calories left around 8pm! I was doing that for awhile too, so on the days I work out, I add on another 100 calories to breakfast, have a good midmorning snack, a good sized lunch, afternoon snack and then dinner and sometimes a small dessert.

Not eating all your calories once in awhile won't hurt you or slow your metabolism. Just try not to make it a habit.

Your picture is GORGEOUS!!! You (are) will be hot (as your profile says) - this programme works!

Have you just started by chance? In my first week I was not hungry, and had crazy energy, and lost 5lbs. Now, 9 weeks in, things have slowed down to about 1.5 lbs per week, and I'm needing those calories everyday!

Good luck and let us know how it goes!
