Working out 7 Days a week?
I wanted to hear your opinions about working out everyday. I do cardio kickboxing for 60 minutes three times a week, and yoga the other days. Sometimes I run, or hike on top of this. Do you think this is too much? I dont want to burn myself out, but I just love working out and I want to do it everyday.

How long should I wait to work out after eat?
First off, i'm new to MFP, so feel free to add me as a friend :) Second, I usually wait two hours, is that too long? For example, I just had a snack - a cup of pineapples, but I plan on attending my fitness class in two hours from now. What do you think?
