Insanity grads moving onto Asylum?
Hi all! I completed Insanity Mid-March, rotated in some P90X with running to prepare for the Boston marathon, and am now feeling recovered enough to start with Asylum. Easter meals?
Hi all! Have you planned on modifying any dishes to cut out extra calories? Instead of green bean casserole, I'm doing steamed green beans tossed in olive oil and slivered almonds. I'm also using yams to mash up instead of white potatoes. Also, there will be a giant garden salad on the side.
