I have a total of 8 people living in my house, 3 of them being teenagers, one that will be a teenager in 2 months and an 8 year old. Which is better or does it matter?
If you are going to work out for 30 minutes in a gym, is it better to keep on doing one activity for that time, or to split the time between different activities? Example : 30 minutes-treadmill or 10 minutes - elliptical 10 minutes - stationary bike 10 minutes - treadmill

From 260 lbs to 193 lbs as of 2/22/13!

Breathing problems during exercise
I have no idea why, but I have noticed that when I am exercising I start breathing heavy and then I start holding my breath off and on for short periods of time.
