I have about 700 calories left for today, but I'm not hungry. What should I do???

    I was at the same place and my answer was to eat spoonfull of peanut butter!!!

    if you're not really hungry, then don't force yourself into eating something. If it really concerns you, peanut butter or the nuts kitty suggested are always a good idea.

    I find myself in this position a lot. I just grab my GNC shaker-cup and put in 12oz whole milk, 1 scoop generic chocolate Slim Fast and one scoop chocolate GNC Total Lean 25. 435 calories, 17g Fat/43g Carbs/27g Protein

    I just ate a **** ton of cashews. That bumped me up a bit closer to where I should be.
