Eating back calories?
I currently weigh 231lbs and looking to lose 2lbs per week. MFP has set me at 1200 calories per day but is that outwith any calories I burn? Should I also be eating back the calories that Im burning until MFP says that I've used my allowance? Or should I be sticking to 1200?

weight loss from running. success?
Can anybody share their results of weight loss from running? I've just started c25k and really need to see that it can work. So far I've run three times in three days (completed level one) and I just feel flabby! Help!

My first trip to One-derland
So I weighed myself yesterday morning and I was 199.75lb! Not far into onederland but exciting none the less! Today I'm at 202.5lbs - mega sad face. Has this happened to anybody else? Motivate me :(
