Can I join? Or am I too late?

I have a protein shake at around 7:30-8am made with almond milk and then I have a bagel with a little bit of nutella at around 10:30-11:30 depending when I start to get hungry. I don't tend to eat meals through the day, just have something small whenever I start to feel hungry and lots of water.

Im always really wary of doing this as I buy my chicken fresh and freeze it as soon as I buy it so it keeps longer (buy 50 at a time). Is it ok to defrost the fresh chicken, cook and then refreeze?

I successfully completed my first double day Friday - back to back! Woop! 2lb loss in the first week. Excited to see what inches I lose this week!
-
On double day Friday, do you need to do both workouts back to back? Im worried that I wont be able to manage!
-
This is AMAZING!!! You look great! Well done :D
-
I'll need all the luck I can gather! Thank you! :)
-
Aww thanks! <3

Drummer so must have a decent taste in music!

I know how you feel!!! I wont go to the gym alone (even with a friend I feel like people are staring) and I cant go running outdoors (though hoping to change that in the next few weeks!) I bought a treadmill which I use for doing C25K. I also use Jillian Michaels 30 day shred (I have some other DVDs of hers but not used…

Hey all :) Im currently on week 4 of this program and loving it! I run really slow (6km/hr) and walk 4km/hr for the first day of the week and then build it up over the other 2 days. I've signed up for Tough Mudder next June which is 12 miles of torture - please tell me I'll get faster!
-
Im starting this again tonight. I've never done level 2 because I can't plank!!! I only plan on doing this once or twice a week because Im also doing C25k 3 times a week and swimming twice. I'll let you all know how I do! P.S what size of hand weights do you all use?
-
You sound like a god send!!! Would you mind if I sent you my current fitness plan to have a look over? I can't afford a gym membership so Im trying to do as much at home as possible. Please let me know if it's ok to mail you and I'll drop you a line. x EDIT: Also, please add me to the group! I'm keen in getting involved in…

I have 56lbs to lose so would like to join this :-) I want to lose as much as possible before 20th September this year! Please add me :-)
-
Can I join if there's still space? Xxx

I need to be around 140lbs to be in a health weight range. I carry all my weight around my belly and hips (unfortunately) - both are currently 44 inches.

I've done level 1 4 times this week so far. I intended on just running every day (maybe Sunday as a rest day) as I'm enjoying it. I've also been eating around 1300 - 1600 calories a day so there's a bit of a defecit there, im not just depending on C25K. Just don't know if Im doing everything right, if Im eating too…
-
Ok - so yesterday for example, my FitBit said that I burned 2639 calories for the day. So yesterday I should have eaten around 1600 calories right? I think I'll change my MFP goals to 1600 calories and see what happens.
-
My fitbit does, thats why I don't log my exercise in myfitness pal. However, I don't know how accurate the fitbit calorie counting is since it doesnt measure your heart rate or anything like that. Scooby says: Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) 1698 calories Daily calories to maintain weight (TDEE) 2633 calories Daily calories…
-
Yes thats the fitbit :)
-
Think so - I need to figure out how much calories I burn with C25K as my fitbit estimates around 350 additional calories per day but that includes walking to and from work. So I should try to up my intake to around 1600 when doing C25K and 1300 when Im not? Why can't weight loss just be easy haha
-
Thank you all :)
-
Should I run every day? Or have rest days? I walk to and from work every day which is a 2 mile round trip also.
-
Thank you everybody. This is the first exerciser that I've found thati really enjoy so I'm keen to stick with it. Hopefully I can post some progress pics in a couple months :-)
-
Thank you :-)

I didn't expect to see any difference. I thought I might feel a bit better though. My downfall is that I weigh daily so over the last three days I have put on weight. I don't know if this is through water retention? I just need some motivation that this running thing does actually work.

You guys have done amazing! Congratulations! How far/fast do you generally run?
