Gluten free granola with rice milk, or Keefir probiotic smoothie, but then my breakfast is usually in the afternoon by the time I get up......I have found though the later I start eating in the day the less I eat for some reason....the earlier I start eating in the day...I tend to snack all day......0

I have a protein shake at around 7:30-8am made with almond milk and then I have a bagel with a little bit of nutella at around 10:30-11:30 depending when I start to get hungry.
I don't tend to eat meals through the day, just have something small whenever I start to feel hungry and lots of water.0 -
I usually have something different everyday or else I get bored. These are my regulars:
Breakfast burrito
PB Oatmeal
Homemade muffins (banana, blueberry, corn, etc)
Whole wheat scones with berries
Whole wheat biscuits with cheese
Eggs, bacon, toast
Whole wheat buttermilk waffles
Homemade granola with nuts and berries over yogurt or with milk
The list goes on, but hope these ideas help0 -
My new favorite is scrambled eggs with spinach (cooked in bacon grease to give it more flavor).0

I either have an egg with some sort of greens and/or homemade oven fries, preferably sweet potato or a protein and fruit smoothly.
I make the oven fries by slicing a potato ( white sweet potato is preferred) into longitudinal 1/4 inch thick slices, misted with olive oil and baked at 425 for 25 minutes.
For a change I might have a homemade egg mcmuffin with Canadian bacon and a slice of cheese.0 -
Today for breakfast I had a pork chop, fried eggs and a tomato + coffee - Eastcoast Jim0

depends on whether you are talking about 1st or 2nd breakfast.
1st is a protein shake with a banana or pb2 in it.
2nd is either gluten free oatmeal or greek yogurt with frozen fruit.0 -

Muesli with oat bran protein powder water Chobani yogurt, a sprinkle of flax sunflower and chia seeds and frozen berries. Mix it all together, leave overnight in fridge and its ready to go in the morning. 441 calories 12g fat, 38g carbs 39g protein 13g sugar 10g fibre.
Sometimes I make half the mix, add eggs or egg whites and make little muffins with it. you can tweak it how you like, many recipes online.
OR I make a veggie frittata in the evening and eat it cold for breakfast
OR cottage cheese with fruit
Anything high protein seems to work, but if I am having a hungry day I can have a couple of milky coffees and that sees me through till lunch at about 1pm.0 -
3 whole egg omelets with no oil but topped with sweet and sour sauce. 250 calories and very filling and oh so good0

I tend to switch it up so I don't fall off the wagon..
Currently: Plain Quakers oatmeal (1/2 cup oats, 1 cup water), and I chop up one sm /med size banana (or about 5 strawberries) and mix together. No SugaR.. JUST PLAIN! The fruit adds enough sugar.
Occasionally: 1 Over easy egg, and 1 piece of English muffin toast with a couple cut up peppers and onions.
I also really like scrambled eggs (2-3 eggs when I scramble them) w/ some diced up steak, peppers, and onions.
Or on the go with no time to spare a yogurt parfait from the gas station.
Most of the time I have some frozen fruit I can toss into my PLAIN GREEK YOGURT as well, which is quick and easy.0 -
2 scoops whey, 1 cup water 1.5 cups liquid egg whites, blue berries, oatmeal, coconut oil, blend and enjoy!0

Since I'm currently experimenting with intermittent fasting - fasting 20 hours, eating for 4 hours starting at 4pm - I have no breakfast. No lunch either - lol.0

Hello AlexSondra34. When I need a hearty breakfast I go for Egg Beaters. Low in calories, high in protein, very filling. AND you can have a good amount of them so you stay satisfied longer. I scramble in whatever sounds good (i.e., ham, veggies, turkey bacon, cheese) and have the scramble with a frozen waffle or slice of multigrain toast. Seems to do the trick every time. Best of luck!0

I enjoy two small gala apples sliced (or one medium apple), 1/3 cup of Stoneyfield organic lite vanile yogurt, sprinkle some nutmeg and cinnamon, then add 1/2 serving of granola w/raisins, stire in a bowl and you are ready to go. This fills me up for morning breakfast. If you need more protein and fat, have a side boiled egg.0
-
I eat one piece of wheat toast, plain yogurt and blueberries. Every single morning, and no..I don't get tired of it0
-
I generally have a protein smoothie and a cup of coffee. I use Sun Warrior Warrior Blend Vanilla vegan protein powder and mix it with frozen fruit (strawberries or pears recently) and almond milk, ice, and some water. I add some flax seed and today I started adding egg whites to up my protein since I couldn't get enough in through the day. On weekends I have an egg sandwich with fried egg, canadian bacon, on an english muffin.0
