Where do you notice it first?
When you lose weight, where do y'all notice it first? I always lose it from my face first, then my tummy. I don't lose too much from my legs, since they're really muscular (I used to dance). And unlike most women, my boobs are the last to go :D So what about you?

Weird food habits
Do any of you guys have weird habits when eating? When I was a kid, I wouldn't let any of my foods touch (I still don't, to some degree) and I would eat them one at a time. Am I the only one?

Y'know, it's funny how you don't realize you look different until you look at a picture from a while ago. The first one was taken when I was singing at a recital...the dress was either a 16 or 18, and it was nearly impossible to zip. The second one was taken just a few weeks ago, at a resort.

Random thought.
It just occurred to me today that it's not just about the quantity of calories you put into your body...it's about the quality! I know, I'm a bit slow on the uptake here, but I'm one of those people who thinks, "Oh well, I'll just order a burger...as long as my calorie count is under for the day, I'm good." NO NO NO!!!…

Help me estimate?
This is a weird question. I'm at 193.5 lbs now, and my goal weight is 140-145ish. My 21st birthday is November 30th. Do you think I can reach my ultimate goal by my birthday?

Here's an idea...
For each pound you lose, put away $5-10 in savings. Then when you reach your ultimate goal, use the money you put away to indulge on yourself! Just think, each 10 pounds you lose is another $50-100 in your pocket!

Possibly a dumb question...
...but today was my weigh/measure day and something odd happened. I kept the same weight, but gained half an inch in my waist. Is this normal? Granted, I'm on my TOM, but it's near the end. Weight loss goals
I just reset my goals to lose 1.5 lbs per week (I've seen a lot of posts on here about if you set it too low, you'll actually gain weight, etc).
