Hi all, I trained with my trainer yesterday morning then I went to a boxing class yesterday evening for the first time and i am a little sore today from all of the exercise:( I went swimming this morning and burned 270 calories...There is another boxing class tonight that i really wanna go to but im afraid i will hurt…

So i know that when you do strength training or lift weights that you continue to burn calories throughout the day....but i was just wondering about how much and for how long...the tracker says that you burn lets say 187 calories for 60 minutes of strength training, but does anyone know how many are burned after this??????…
