So i know that when you do strength training or lift weights that you continue to burn calories throughout the day....but i was just wondering about how much and for how long...the tracker says that you burn lets say 187 calories for 60 minutes of strength training, but does anyone know how many are burned after this?????? HMMM

It is impossible to know because it is based on how much muscle you have, gender, age, what you do during the day, and what kind of work out you've recently done.0
