So i plan on starting P90X in the next few days.... My question is...is there anything i can do to substitute for the pull ups that will target the same muscles because i dont have a pull up bar.... i do have 5lb dumbbells... i just dont want to have to stop because i dont have that equipment...

shin splints
ive been working out everday for 2 weeks now and im pretty sure ive got shin splints on both legs... just wondering if anyone knows and stretches or something i can do to make it stop hurting!! haha

question about daily calorie limit
Im just wondering if any of you stay at your daily calorie limit or if your usually under.....my limit is 1200 but im normally a bit under. Ive been doing this for about 2 weeks now and the 4 lbs that i have lost have come back... i am drinking lots of water and have been working out everyday for about 20-40 min....…

I have my daily calorie limit at 1200 but i feel like im eating alot......especially since you guys keep telling me i should eat back my work out calories..... does any one else feel like this? should i really be eating back all my work out calories?
