Im having the same problem right now... i know how frustrating it is.... not sure if its worked for me yet but everybody's been telling me to switch up my wokouts... i used to do circuit training... cardio plus strength training.... so now ive started jogging.... i hope it works!

Well im starting to think i will need a hip replacement early.... even before my kids... when i walk my hips make this crack noise with every step.... maybe it as to do with that...

im having the same problem and its really frustrating.... ive been doing 30DS for 2 weeks and havent lost a pound... i want to give up..... feels like im working so hard and not getting any results... i know how you feel.

i dont just because i have a hard time getting to 1200 cals per day anyways....usually im at about 1000.. i feel like im eating way too much if i eat more that 1200... should i be eating 1200 or more if i exercise that day even if im full?

i take a normal womens multivitamin and a materna vitamin every day...Im not pregnant but theres alot of god things in the materna pills...

I LOVE SUGAR SNAP PEAS! i always have them in my crisper! They have a crunch so it will satisfy for "chip" craving,... and theyre sweet so it satisfies you sugar craving... also the special k snack bars are really good and they only have 90 cals per bar

i get like that every once and a while too. I always go on youtube and watch vlogs on weightloss journeys to motivate me....or ill look up new work out routines. Or ill go buy myself a new workout outfit. That last one really helps cause i caant wait to get home and try them out! hahah Good luck!

Im on day 5 today. Its for sure hard though...i didnt want to do it the second day but you just gotta push through it and it will get better by day 4 or 5... im adding you to my friends list so i can see how your doing with it! GOOD LUCK! and remember to just keep doing it every day even if you dont want to.

i normally work out in the afternoon just because i dont have the energy first thing in the morning and i dont like working out when im really full......so afternoon is a good balance for me
