so im on day 6 now but im just wondering what i should put in my exercise journal? 30DS isnt in the database.. so what would be the closest thing?

Circuit training general for 25 minutes. Just go by the calorie burned count MFP gives you, it will probably be fairly close for 30DS. Most people burn between 150 and 300 doing 30DS, but that depends on gender, measurements, exertion, etc0

I added mine myself. I checked the database for circuit training, plugged in 25 minutes and got the number of calories burned. Hit search without having added any key words and it took me to a screen where I was able to add my own exercise.0
