Anyone using the G.I. diet to lose weight? My wife has a problem with sugar and was reading that this would help level out the sugar cravings that plague her.
I did the Grouse Grind about a decade ago and did it in 1 hr-15mins, been out of shape for a couple of years and now just getting back in shape, Did the Grind again and 1:45. I want to do it in 50 mins, that is the goal. Anyone else from the Vancouver area do the Grouse Grind?
I have lost 49lbs since December (25 w/MFP-July 1st 2011) and my first NSV is my xxl t-shirts are longer on my body now they do not have to stretch out over my belly. Today I just notice my heart rate monitor (HRM) is starting to slip, I have to adjust the band tighter. That is a first.
Most of the foods I use are in my "recent" tab and would like to move all of the items into "My Foods". Any quick way to move them? I notice that "recent" foods only have 4 pages; would "My Foods" have more pages? Thank you,
