HRM Setting Adjustments
So you set your HRM using your weight, age sex...how often do you update the settings? It seems silly to do it for anything less than 5lbs... do you agree?

I need more friends who have successfully learned this choreography so I know its possible :( I did the 30 and 15 no problem but the 55 made me cry... Friend me if you've struggled or knocked it out of the park.... looking for words of wisdom.

Hair Cuts...
I am such a spaz when it comes to getting my hair cut... ha. I get like 3 mm trimmed at a time. Anyone else strangly attached to the hairs on their head??

Protein
Anyone else finding themselves constantly below their goals here.... chicken breasts, hard boiled eggs and edamame beans... its so much more work than salad. What do you do to sneak it in to your diet?

30 day shred vs Ripped in 30
Has anyone done both? I have seen crazy photo results from 30 day shred but ripped in 30 has 4 workouts vs 3, is newer, and has the same hard *kitten* Jillian teaching it. --- is one better, both good? Please share :)
