I need more friends who have successfully learned this choreography so I know its possible :( I did the 30 and 15 no problem but the 55 made me cry...

Friend me if you've struggled or knocked it out of the park.... looking for words of wisdom.

It just takes a little while to know the routine. Just do what you can and catch up when you can. I'm still learning it all but that is what I did with Turbo Jam and it got easier.

Practice, practice, practice! As Chalene says, if you got it the first time, it would be boring!

Hang in there, flailing burns calories too!

I'm just finishing up week 2 of the 20 week program. IT GET'S EASIER! I got VERY frustrated in the beginning as well, but honestly, you get the hang of it & really SO WHAT if you don't look like THEY DO doing the moves (i definitely don't), it's not the MOVES that are making you burn calories, it's the MOVEMENT! Just keep moving! Don't stop. If you mess up, keep going. Just improv. Throw your own moves in there. It really doesn't matter so long as you're moving!

Also, I found new to class really helped.

Do the new to class options for awhile. like all the other women said just keep moving that is all that matters! Keep going and practicing and it will get easier.

Don't give up,it took me awhile to get the moves as well.

Keep doing the "New to class" workout, until you feel comfortable.

    You'll get there!

Don't give up! I found it confusing at 1st too but if you keep going with it you get to know the moves & music and you can anticipate what's coming next.

You'll get there (I'm on week 4 and fire 55 EZ is one of my favourites) watch the new to class one a few more times to really get the moves down

I am currently on the 8th week of the prep schedule. I find that it is getting me ready for the 20wk schedule. I wasn't always able to keep up with it but i do much better now. If you haven't tried the prep schedule (you can find it in the book), please try it. and don't give up. you have to keep at it. i am in my official 9th week of my journey and i have lost 24lbs and all i do is watch my calories and do my turbo fire. i also throw in walking or taebo (which is so easy after doing my turbo fire) on my rest days....... i'll be your friend!! i will help you along the way!! don't give up!!

You'll get the hang of it!! I burned more calories laughing at myself at the beginning than I did doing the routines.

I'm on my last week of a TurboFire/P90X Hybrid and still forget a couple moves. As long as you are moving, you are burning the calories. So what if you kicked with the wrong leg or threw a punch in the wrong direction.

Holy macaroni I need this! I just did W1D1 and I was flopping and flailing and looking all a mess but I did burn over 350 calories in Fire 30. I kept waiting to start because I felt so uncoordinated but I'm glad I finally gave in. It might take me twice as long to get there but I will look like I know what I'm doing soon! smiley-sport011.gif
