Has anyone done both? I have seen crazy photo results from 30 day shred but ripped in 30 has 4 workouts vs 3, is newer, and has the same hard *kitten* Jillian teaching it. --- is one better, both good? Please share :)

If you are going to try them out do Shred first and then ripped. I have completed 30 day Shred and have done some of weeks 1 and 2 on the ripped, it is harder. She even mentions on her site or it might be on the ripped dvd that ripped is the next one to do after the shred.

Im starting week 4 of the ripped dvd today and i've completed the shred twice. Ripped is definitely a lot harder. I struggled on week 3 of ripped and im waiting to see what week 4 holds for me today. Definitely start with the shred first, it'll work you up to ripped. Both are great dvd's though, I reccommend them to everyone.

It is okay you can do it still! They are pretty much the same but she pushes you harder inn the ripped done.

I was listening to Jillian's podcast the other day and she said that Ripped is much harder. If you are looking for a challenge, that is what she recommends.

I've done both. I agree that Ripped is harder, though nearly is outrageous. If you are very new to exercise I would start with Shred.

excellent, I will order both and do them in order... Im sure shred will be challenge enough for now. Thanks for the help!
