I cannot! I'm never hungry when I'm near food! Help!? What is a food that has some benefits and calories without really making me feel full? I mean, come on! I've even eaten ICE CREAM today! lol

Extra daily calories?

I've been trying for several months now to lose weight/inche
It seems impossible! I've just fluctuated in my weight! My Grandparents say that I look thinner, and I feel healthier (which is why I've not really lost motivation), But I would like to see some of my weight leave! I've even made my diet/exercise routines more strict. What are you doing for your results?
