I started just eating 1200. Then when I started to eat my "burnt calories" I lost more weight. Then after I "Plateaued" I ate 100 MORE calories per day and have continued to lose. You've got to find what works for YOU

Quaker fiber crisps. They sound nasty, but they taste like a rainbow exploding on your taste buds. Personally I like the blueberry flavor best, but my best friend says the pomegranate is best.

Be sure to get your vitamins! I know people who wasn't getting their vitamins and almost died. When they started taking multi-vitamins the doctors said they were healthy and they had energy, balance, and more stamina than before they took the vitamins. Vitamin B especially.

I recently started running, the first day I was fine. The second day I got the ankle soreness like you have, but I also got shin splints. I'm thinking that it may be similar to shin splints. Just a hypothesis.

I don't know about the weight loss, but sinus issues, and arthritis is greatly improved with it. I guess it could cause weight loss if you drank it instead of soda... or if you drank so much that you began to vomit. I think I'll stick to using it for sinus issues.

I think the reason I can't lose weight is that I never eat enough. That and thyroid issues. I have to intentionally make myself eat. All through high school I was lucky to eat 100 calories a day. I don't know why I'm like this. I just get full easily and don't feel like eating.

When my boyfriend isn't in Europe we road bike. We have a group of friends who bike 5.5 miles to Sushi on Mondays. When I'm not at work we bike too. I like it.

If you feel the need, get arch support insoles. They'll probably help. I have foot problems myself and insoles make a world of difference, also make sure to drink a lot of water. Oftentimes my feet cramp and I can see the muscles balling up, when this happens I drink a sports drink and increase my potassium intake.

I think it's because we bloat and we retain water during this part of our cycles. I usually don't track my weight while on my period because it is misleading.
