Can never get the min. calories!

I cannot! I'm never hungry when I'm near food! Help!? What is a food that has some benefits and calories without really making me feel full? I mean, come on! I've even eaten ICE CREAM today! lol

    Peanut butter, nuts and fruit juices. Just a few ideas off the top of my head....Though peanut butter leaves me full.

    How is this even possible? I'm assuming you're here wanting to lose weight (correct me if I'm wrong). *Most* are overweight because they eat more calories than they burn... and now you can't even get in the minimum? I just don't get it when I see posts like this...

    Fruits aren't really highly caloric -- but I like them. They keep me from being hungry but don't make me feel overly full. Today was watermelon, tomato and banana.

    I think the reason I can't lose weight is that I never eat enough. That and thyroid issues. I have to intentionally make myself eat. All through high school I was lucky to eat 100 calories a day. I don't know why I'm like this. I just get full easily and don't feel like eating.

    write yourself up a meal plan, start small and get bigger and make sure it reaches 1200 but make sure its all healthy foods and do regular exercise
