Dissapointed at myself, but WHY????

I'm sitting here, belly growling, but feeling like I didn't do enough work today at the gym. My entire body feels like jello. 3 hours of what I call bodywork (like homework lol) 3 NSV's today (one at the gym, one at Taco Bell, and one from my mom). Burned 1052 calories today, and still I feel like I let myself down. And to top it off, I'm hungry. *BAH!*

sometimes you just have to look in the mirror and say ~what i am doing is enough, i just have to keep this up~.0

What did you eat at Taco Bell? That may be the reason you're still hungry. If you're hungry- EAT!!! Good grief... don't do this to yourself. Don't develop an unhealthy relationship with food to the opposite extreme... it is OK to eat if you're hungry.0

EAT! Your body isn't always "wrong" you know. Just eat something GOOD. Veggies, fruit, anything that is really good for you. You did so awesome! Your body is freaking out because of so much awesome!0

This sounds weird, but the types of foods you eat, and how often, can affect your brain chemistry and cause you to feel depression when you really should be feeling a sense of accomplishment.
Depends on how efficient your metabolism works, everyone's different. But for me, if I eat a lot of carbs at once, it causes a spike like a sugar high, followed by a deep crash. When I hit the crash, I get depressed & tired & have trouble thinking clearly. To avoid this, I make sure and eat or drink some protein every three hours. Energy from protein burns slowly and steadily and keeps my moods stable. And, bonus, I never feel hungry. :-)
Good luck!0 -

I ate 2 Fresco Chicken fost tacos. theyre 150 cals and 3 grams of fat a piece. I'm paranoid over food; in high school I was a Bulimic, then I got really fat. Now I'm scared of food0 -
If your body is screaming FEED ME -- then do just that.
So you don't feel bad about consuming calories eat something that will fill you up.
I like a cup of milk with a banana and some peanut butter.
good luck0 -
cheer-up it sounds like right now is that yur emotional part of eating is kicking in......maybe u have something on yur mind that is bothering u? try to figure out what is causing u to feel the way u are feeling right now. Get u a piece of paper and write down this for me, right one side what u are feeling and the other side why u want to eat....im sure u will come up with the problem that is causing u to feel the way u are feeling right now. hope this helps.0

the only thing im anxious about is starting my new job, and school this coming semester, but idk if it has anything to do with wanting to eat. my stomach is REALLY growling. my hubby heard it from across the room lol. I ate an apple, and I'm hoping that will be enough to make it through the night. my net calories were 582 before i ate the apple.0 -

This is why you are hungry!! You need to eat something and your stomach growling is definately not emotional it is physical... please eat something and if you are still having issues with food you may need to talk to someone about it..

I'm very paranoid lol. I'm planning on calling my doc in the Am and set up an appointment. I DONT enjoy feeling this way, and I DONT want to take my progress and reverse it by screwing up, whether it be from eating too much or too little0
