good morning all (and good evening to those on the other side of the world from me)!

i was very excited to see a loss this week, finally after having a rough last month and then seeing a bit of a gain last week...so i decided to crunch some numbers to find out my progress over all...and here it goes:

starting weight-257, current weight-213.8 total loss to date 43.2
measurements:
waist (starting) 51in (current) 43.5in-total loss 7.5 inches
hips (starting) 60in (current) 52in-total loss 9 inches
thighs (starting) 28in (current) 24-total loss 4 inches
arms (starting) 16in (current) 15-total loss 1 inch
chest (starting) 48in (current) 45-total loss 3 inches
neck (starting) 15in (current) 13.5-total loss 1.5 inches

total inches lost overall-26 inches!!!!!

the proof is in the numbers. i can finally see a smaller me and just HAD to share! hope everyone has a fantastic day!!

    Awesome job! :drinker:

It's always good to also look at other measurements besides the scales, to help keep you from becoming frustrated!

    Keep it up! :flowerforyou:
