I just got a great HIIT training dvd but they have one of those step ups in the DVD, I don't have one and I don't really want to buy one. I can hear my fiance now "why did you have to buy something else to take up space blah blah blah" Does anyone have any good ideas of something I could use as a step up?

Do you have stairs near by? Or use the couch without cushions if you dont mind jumping on the furniture.

A cheap sturdy step stool. Lol, when I'm at home and want to "burn a few" I use it while watching a half hour show. Just step up and down on it!

Phone book! Tape two together for a higher step!

If you lived in a hillbilly neighborhood, you could borrow the cinderblock used to hold up your neighbor's car.
